In line with current Danilo Dalena retrospective, Last Full Show, the Cultural Center of the Philippines’ Visual Arts and Museum Division presents a round-table discussion on the practice of archiving artists’ works on January 25, 2017, Wednesday, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., at the CCP’s 4th floor MKP Hall.

The discussion will begin with a presentation by the Last Full Show research team composed of artists Kiri Dalena, Clara Herrera, and Bea Mariano. They will be followed by Michelle Wong of the Asia Art Archive (Hong Kong) who will present the Ha Bik Chuen (1925-2009) project, an archive which was started by the AAA in 2013. The discussion will culminate with an open forum wherein guests can ask the speakers questions about how to start their own archive, the issues encountered in making an artist’s archive, as well as the possibilities for viewing and sharing existing archives.

Admission is free but is on a first-come first-serve basis.
