MINUSCULE: LA VALLÉE DES FOURMIS PERDUES AT AFM CINÉ-GOÛTER

On Wednesday, September 24, 2014, at 3:30 pm, Alliance Française de Manille Ciné-Goûter will be screening its featured French animated film for the month: Minuscule: La vallée des fourmis perdues.

Ages 3 and up.



Minuscule: La vallée des fourmis perdues or Minuscule: Valley of the Lost Ants is a 2013 French/Belgian animated film, co-written and directed by Hélène Giraud and Thomas Szabo. This film is a partially sound film with a synchronized soundtrack featuring music and sound effects and with no spoken dialogues. The film is adapted from the Minuscule (TV series) also created by Hélène Giraud and Thomas Szabo.



In a peaceful forest, the remains of a picnic trigger a ruthless war between rival ant colonies, obsessed with gaining control of the same prize: a box of sugar cubes. Amidst this struggle a young ladybug befriends a black ant and helps him save his people from the horrible red ants.



Film screenings are subject to changes without prior notice. Entrance is free but on a first-come, first-served basis. No reservations.
