FROM AUSTRALIA WITH LOVE AT GALERIA DE LAS ISLAS

This International Exhibition is a diverse collection of work from Australia by artist Cherry Carroll which opens on July 12, 2014, 4:30PM at Galeria de las Islas, Intramuros, Manila.



Carroll paints under the name of Nimue, a name from Celtic mythology. In early 70’s she joined what was then called the “Eaustaus Flying Art School” and over the years she has studied with other well-known Australian artists, experimenting various media and genre while gradually creating her own style.

The diverse collection of ranges from portraiture and wildlife to seascapes and landscapes done in oils, acrylics, pastels, charcoal sketches, encaustic work and silk painting including beautifully hand painted silk scarves.



The show runs until August 5, 2014.
